We currently use Australia Post (eParcel), Fastway, and Allied Express with tracking information provided. For large and bulky items, such as furniture, we also use special furniture carrier, who calls the customer before arrival to organize suitable time of delivery.
Carrier's details and tracking number will be sent to your email after order is dispatched. You can track the shipping progress by clicking tracking link provided in the email. Alternatively, you can put tracking code on our tracking page by clicking here.
Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details. You can also check the delivery postcode using the postcode checking tool on the product page, where you can also access the access the 'bulky' state of a product. Checkout will not succeed if the delivery postcode is in this list.

Currently we only ship within Australia.
All items are generally dispatched the very next day after full payment is confirmed. Depending on your destination, delivery will normally take less than 10 working days. If you do not receive your item within 10 days, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service representative.
As a general guideline, you can use the following estimated delivery time frame:
For customers in VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days;
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;
For customers in QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.
Please note that delivery time frame starts after the payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment).

Unfortunately, pick up is not available in order to save time for our distribution centre to dispatch all orders efficiently.
We advise you to track your items from our carrier first. If it cannot be solved, please contact our customer service representative.
Generally, Po Box address is accepted if the item is small (less than 22 kg) and dispatched with Australia Post. If PO Box is provided and the item can not be dispatched with Australia Post, we will contact you as soon as possible to request alternative street delivery address.

When you proceed to the checkout page, your nominated address in your address book will be filled in (if you have created an account with). If you would like to ship the order to other address, please fill in the correct address in the boxes.
At this stage, we do not offer combine shipping.
Nice Sale endeavours to dispatch your order as soon as possible; however, we cannot guarantee a delivery by a certain date. You will be given the carrier's details and a consignment note to track your item.
