Returns & Warranty

In the unfortunate event that products arrived damaged or are faulty, Nice Sale will offer the following options depending on the degree of damage, availability of parts or replacement:

  • Offer a partial or full refund
  • Contribute to costs of repair
  • Compensate you for repairs done by you
  • Give you the product at discounted price
  • Send you replacement parts at no charge
  • Cover costs for collecting and returning of any damaged item which we have agreed to refund or replace at our cost

For refund claims, we do not consider minor variations in colour, dimension, finish or naturally occurring characters to as product faults or flaws. We make the best effort to include information in the product description section of our website, for items that might have expected minor variations due to the manufacturing methods or the materials used. Additionally, we are not responsible for refund claims due to normal wear and tear, damages arising from improper use and assembly, and damages to external packaging.

For claims, please contact Nice Sale by email contact@nicesale.com.au within 48 hours after receiving the product. Please include your order number, description of the issues, and photographs or videos showing the damage or fault.

If you received an incorrect item, we will cover the cost of returning the item. We will replace the item without incurring additional costs. Please let us know as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event that the product is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible; and you can choose to get a store credit or a full refund.

Most products purchased from nicesale.com.au include manufacturer warranty. Most of the products are generally offered with 12-month warranty, unless stated otherwise. However, some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Electronics products come with a 3-month warranty. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.

Manufacturer warranty covers replacement parts or partial refund only.

This is a fast and convenient option for you, and may prevent the need for you to send back the item for a physical inspection.

It generally takes up to 2 working days to process refunds, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.

If an item needs to be returned due to damage, fault, or for a warranty claim, please contact us first as we may have alternative solutions. Should we decide it needs to be returned, we will arrange for the item to be returned at our expense.

Even if you need to return the item due to a change of mind, please contact us first, as we can arrange return of the item, with the return postage cost deducted from your refund.

Most items are eligible for change of mind return, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Items ordered from daily deals or special sale events are not eligible for change of mind return.

For eligibel products, you can return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging that you bought from Nice Sale for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item, with a 15% restocking fee.

  • We only accept change of mind within 14 days after the item is delivered
  • Please send an email including pictures or video of the condition of the product received and an explanation of why you would like to return the product and if the item is eligible for return.
  • The product has to be in original packaging.
  • Please do not return the product to us without our prior consultation – refunds will not be given in this case.
  • If we require the product to be returned to us, we will provide a return post label. Refunds will not be provided if the you do not use our return label.
  • If return label provided to you, we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage, return postage and restocking fee of 15%
  • If return label NOT provided to you, we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage and restocking fee of 15%
  • If you change your mind before the item is received and require the action of RTS (Return to Sender), we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage and restocking fee of 15%
  • Please do not stick or write anything on the item or its packaging. You can only place postage sticker on the outer postage packaging.
  • Certain types of products may not be returned under this policy. Please contact our customer service to find out more information.

COVID-19 changes

Due to very high order volumes and the strict social distancing implemented, our current order dispatch time has slightly increased.

Delivery Address:

All deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday to Friday. A post office box address is not accepted.

Delivery Times:

All our rugs are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days (please allow few additional days due to the current situation). The delivery time depends on the delivery location. Generally, the delivery time after dispatch is:
